Why Elevated?

Traditional Aerial Photography requires the use of a helicopter or airplane, both of which can take days to schedule, and cost double what we charge. Renting a personal lift or cherry picker will take at least a day to get delivered to the site. With our mobile system, we can get to the site, take the pictures, and email them to you in a couple of hours.

Planes and Helicopters are limited in how low they can fly, which restricts their ability to capture the details of your property. Our 85’ mast gives you more than enough height to capture all the property as well as the surrounding features.

The ability to meet tight deadlines can sometimes make or break a presentation. Our mobile system can have photos delivered to your computer within hours of your request. (weather permitting)

Images from our system can be taken on site, emailed to you from our laptop for approval before we leave the site. This will ensure you are getting the photo you are looking for.

Panoramas from an elevated perspective give the viewer a 360 degree look at what the property has to offer. Showing what is around your property can be a great way to get that potential tenant or investor to choose you.

Photo Retouching

We can successfully remove unsightly items like, construction fencing, power poles, trash in the streets, and much more. This service requires additional work, but can be worth the extra fee.

Other Elevated Photography systems out there, planes, blimps, remote control aircraft, none of then can produce dusk shots and night shots. The reason is this requires the camera to be still for long exposures. With our professional cameras, and our stationary mast, we can do it with no problems.

Elevated Photography

To get these beautiful and dynamic images we use a state of the art roof mounted mast system designed in England. JP Maroot Commercial is one of two companies in the United States to invest in this system.

The mast is rolled off the roof of the specially equipped van and leveled off on site. The mast is then mounted with a professional quality camera to create the highest quality images possible.

The laptop on the ground is connected vis a usb cable to talk directly with the camera. Inside the van we can control the angle, height and exposure to achieve the best composition of the site.

Panorama Photography

We will take multiple photographs in all directions (360 degree view) while the camera is on site. These images can be “stitched” together to create an interactive panorama files for posting on your website.

A potential home buyer may want to see what the neighborhood looks like without having to a drive by of the property. The panorama allows them to see all the amenities the location can offer.

Property Managers can show prospective tenants all the amenities of the surrounding area. Having to take multiple pictures of the site from ground level just wont cut it. One panorama from 85’ in the air will tell the entire story with far better results.

Land developers can show how their land relates to other developments in the area.
